Alpha male wolf is not a king with a consort queen, who has a status for a male. Alpha females have their own status and combine with alpha males because of it. (and remember, wolves are primitive spouses) I think because he really started watching girls like humans. It sounds like I reduced him to nothing but he chose the Ice Cream Scooper Steve Harrington from Stranger Things shirt girls to make himself look cool and didn’t really care what the girls were like, just the popular title of them. He’s only become a more aware character and came out of high school, perhaps he realized he was not a king.
